Use of the Site
By using our website and placing orders through it, you commit to:
- Using the website solely to browse products and place orders.
- Not placing fraudulent or false orders. If we consider an order to be fraudulent, we are authorised to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Having the legal capacity to enter into contracts (you declare to be over 18 years old).
- Providing contact details accurately and truthfully to enable the delivery of orders.
Purchase Conditions
Service availability: Users can place orders for articles offered through the website for delivery to addresses in Spain or European destinations.
Language
The contract will be formalised in Spanish.
Product Availability
Orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supply or if there are no articles in stock, we will inform the customer and refund any amount paid or change the product for another of the same value.
Product Prices
The prices of articles include all applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced according to the price in force at the time of formalising the order.
In the purchase order, the total price of the product(s) will be indicated, including VAT and shipping costs.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at each time.
Delivery
Shipping Costs to Addresses in Spanish Territory
For orders under €49, shipping costs amount to €6.70. For orders equal to or over €49, no shipping costs will be applied.
Other Shipments
At the moment, we do not make shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, nor international shipments outside Spain and Portugal.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, select the desired articles, add them to your shopping basket and follow the steps indicated on the website. You must expressly accept our Terms and Conditions of Purchase and our Privacy Policy.
The registered data constitute proof of the transactions carried out. You will receive confirmation of the order by email.
Right to Cancel the Order
We reserve the right to reject an order for justified reasons. The customer has the right to cancel an order without giving explanations.
Payment Method
You can use a bank card or Bizum. The total amount of the order will be charged to the customer''s account at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Products will be sent to the address indicated by the user. The delivery period ranges from 24 to 72 hours (working days) for the Peninsula and Portugal, and 7 working days for the Balearic Islands.
Impossibility of Delivery
If it is impossible to make the delivery, we will try to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or we will try to deliver it again on a later date.
Cancellation of an Order
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 natural days from the receipt of the product.
Returns
Deadline
Notifications of merchandise returns must be made within 30 days following receipt of the order.
Return Request
To request the return of an order, fill in the RMA form in your user area or send an email to pedidos@textil-r.com.
Return Costs
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund of the Return
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
Responsibilities
We are not responsible for damages or losses derived from:
- Interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of the website.
- Delays or blockages in the use of this website caused by deficiencies or overloads of the data processing centre.
Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The contract is binding on both the customer and us and our successors, assignees and assigns.
Information and Website Content
The information on our website is current as of the date of the last update. We reserve the right to update, modify or remove information at any time.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Computer Attacks
We do not allow the misuse of our website by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other technologically harmful or damaging program or material.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
